How does a float session unfold?
After checking in, you will be given a key to your locker, a bathrobe, sandals, towels and anything else you may need. You will then go into the locker room to undress and put on the bathrobe and sandals. Afterwards, you will go to the rest area, where you can relax while drinking water, herbal tea, etc., and wait for your therapist.
Once he or she is done explaining how the float tanks work, your therapist leaves and you must take a shower. This gives us better control over water quality. Finally, all there is left to do is enjoy the benefits of a float session. After the float, you will shower again to wash off the salt from your body and hair. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel hydrating cream will be available. Once you are done, you can go back to the rest area or straight to the locker room.
